  Had visited the practice today with my daughter to meet Dr. Andrew. The reception staff was very polite and courteous. Had a different experience from other centres I have visited. The doctor was extremely good and explained everything to my daughter. Nice to know there are still doctors who explain things to patients who are really anxious and reassure them. Definitely would recommend Dr. Andrew for his professionalism. Kudos to the team there, especially the receptionist. Keep up the good work.

  I would have given good review as the doctor was very nice but unfortunately either the doctor’s room was not clean or nose endoscopy was not washed and cleaned before using on me. I was healthy, no flu, no soar throat when I visited the doctor at this practice. Only issue was ear itching and fresh blood from throat episodes. Dr Brett satisfied me and he was very nice. But as soon as I got out of doctors room I started feeling something in throat as I thought it might be due to nasal spray. Came back home straight didn’t go out or anywhere and within 3 hrs I started developing flu like symptoms and next day I had severe bad throat, one side of nose has flu where the endoscopy was done other is fine. Which tells the equipment was not thoroughly cleaned or room was not cleaned and endoscopy pipe was placed on table or I am not sure. But I went healthy to the practice just to get out badly sick and I am still down as now got fever as well. Called the practice to tell but they kept saying they always sterilise equipment 100 percent then how did I caught it straight from doctors room till home as I drove back home I felt immediately that my throat is not right after the endoscopy but ignored as sometimes throat gets dry after the nasal spray. Please follow hygiene as I took off from work now as with flu, soar throat I didn’t have stamina to work. I would have loved to rate 5 if I won’t have gotten sick from this practice. Hygiene level not maintained at ENT clinic is a big shock

  I am very glad I chose Dr Wignall for my Sinus surgery a few weeks ago.
  He is a lovely person, easy to talk to with a great sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and I could trust him to do the surgery.
  I highly recommend Dr Wignall to anyone.

  I have been putting off my nasal surgery because everyone said that the procedure and recovery was very painful. I wish I didn't listen to anyone and had it earlier, no pain and I can breathe. Didn't need pain killers after surgery and not painfull at all. Thankyou Dr Wignall and team, always looking after his patients. I have already referred so many people to him and highly recommend. Listens to patients and understands.

  Forgot to leave a review years ago but... i had dr andrew wignall perform my nose operations to have the turbinates removed and deviated septum fixed. It's been fantastic ever since and I would highly recommend going here as they were able to operate in a public hospital as a private surgeon/patient. (some health cares do this).
