  I have sent general queries to the company, about the bike locks etc. And I received personal email from Mateo, withing few hrs, helping me to chose and giving me advice. I think the customer service is perfect.

  I called Eugen for help as I lacked the tool to tighten my bottom bracket. Expect $5-$15 for such simple adjustments, which is very reasonable compared to most professional bike shops. (One shop offered $50 to install the bottom bracket, which is quite ridiculous.)
  
  The negative reviews probably have some valid points, but the majority of repairs don't require the experience of a professional shop mechanic. Clearly identify the problem, and ask for a quote on the required action - Eugen is certainly not difficult to deal with.

  Very rude businessman. Went there to repair pram wheel which he charged me $34. It broke again after a couple of days due to him not fixing it properly and he wanted to charge me an extra $20 for fixing it again.
  
  Had to call police to get pram back as he locked it inside his house.

  Happy with the service. Local and easy to walk my bike to. Gears have never worked well since new and now work perfectly. $131 for a service, gear repair and new back tyre to be supplied and fitted. Will be back. Thanks Eugen.
